I think that men and women are not treated equally in the workplace these days.
There are two reasons to think so.
First, men's salary is higher than women's salary in many company in Japan.
It is not equal for employee to rely on their gender for decision their salary.
Second, women have to burden higher costs than men for raising their child.
For instance, when their child birth, give a milk, and so on.
So I think that we ought to raise women's salary and give some rest-time to women for child raising.
Therefore, I think that men and women are not treated equally in the workplace these days.
