全否定とはある事柄を全面的に否定する表現 「まったく〜しない」 not...any
例えば　「えワは英語についてまったく知らない。　実のところ、知っているふりをしているだけだ。」
　　　　　Ewa does not know anything about English. As a matter of fact, he just pretends to know it all.

部分否定とはある事柄について一部を否定する表現　「すべて〜だというわけではない」　not every
例えば　「えワは在日についてすべて知っているわけではない。何故なら彼らの中でも鼻つまみ者だから。」
　　　　　Ewa does not know everythinbg about Korean residents in Japan. That's because even among them, he is loathed and so out of circulation.
あと　not... either (全否定）と　not... both (部分否定）の違いなども重要だけど割愛する。
