Ohh... that reminded me of another one of
my years-long questions.
Does anyone here know General Tso's Chicken?
I think it is widely, if not universally, available
in Chinese restaurants in the US,
but is nowhere to be found in Japan.
I even doubt that there is an official Japanese
translation for the dish, and I find it very weird that
what seemed to be a very popular Chinese dish
over there has virtually no presence whatsoever in Japan.
Any ideas, folks?
