Consequenty, maybe I was brainwashed by their thinking, but the contents are so persuasive that I can't help but accept
some of their ideas.

Most poeple tend to have a vague idea that their life began when they were born, and that everyone has his/her own life one by one.
But if you think about this matter more deeply, you'll see there is something wrong with these ideas.
That's because you had already been alive when you were within your mother's uterus, namely, when your were a futus or an embryo.
So you can date back further if you seek for when your life started.
Scientifically speaking, the process that the sperm produced by the male and the ovum prodeced by female get together and become one is called
fertilization and needless to say, both the sperm and the ovum are also alive.
