It is reported that exam fee will be supported for such students, but I don't think that is enough.
At least we have cover the cost of online English class and transportation fee to the test sites.
Having said that, I still cannot support the idea of introducing speaking test.
We have to find another way to improve speaking skills by encouraging college students to go abroad for instance.
