除鮮 (Josen) is an offensive slang for Koreans, which consists of two word "除" (cleaning or eradicating) and "鮮" (comes from Chosen (朝鮮), an old name of Korea but in this case it sounds offensive).
And it is a pun of 除染 (cleaning radioactive dusts, done in Fukushima since 3/11).
Totally it sounds too offensive and uncomfortable for Koreans, or even for Japanese.
