First, the highest tRI was found in individuals who received a booster regime after the initial two doses, the first one of them received at or after six months from COVID-19 infection (FDR adjusted p < 0.001). The lowest value was found in individuals that received an early incomplete regime which was similar to that of non-vaccinated individuals, with a median tRI of 6 months (FDR adjusted p = 0.849).
