・She met up with the new coach in the hallway.　→　She met the new coach in the hallway.
・The book fell off of the desk.　→　The book fell of the desk
・He threw the book out of the window.　→　He threw the book out the window.
・She wouldn't let the cat inside of the house. 　→　She wouldn't let the cat in the house.
・Where did they go to ? →　Where did they go ?
・Put the lamp in back of the couch. 　→　Put the lamp behind the couch.
・Where is your college at ? →　Where is your college ?

・in the way that has been now made available →　the way that has been now made available
（この in が消えたのは、the way が in the way の意味を持った、と説明されてた）

参考書より、最新の英語の記事で、前置詞だけ抜き出して、今使われてる前置詞付きの表現ををチェックするのがいいと思う。
