これはどういう意味か、という質問が前スレの最後に出ていた。これを検索すると、
確かに日本のサイトばかりが出てくる。

これは
(1) We have got the power.
= We have the power.
= We have the power (to do what we are supposed to do).
= 俺達には、（やるべきことをやる）力があるんだぜ。

という英語の発音が少しずつ風化して、次のようになったのだろう。
(2) We've got the power.
(3) We got the power.
(4) We gotta power.

なお、(3) の形ならば、英語ネイティブらしき人たちが書いたサイトによく出てくる。
