Chat in English (英語で雑談) part 207
https://lavender.5ch.net/test/read.cgi/english/1523616417/
Hey!!! All you NEETs, nerds, YouTube link spammers, pedophiles, neo-Nazis,
Yukorin enthusiasts, Nanako SOS admirers, Part-Time-Preachers,
Diplomats' spoiled sons, losers who can't remember Kanji characters,
Big-boobs fans, Weeaboo from around the world, learners of Japanese
who are too lazy to update their Japanese blogs very often, cunning
linguists, stupid fan girls of Johnny's Boys, Touhou pirates, and
that electrical super-gay who suffers from mental disease - This is your thread!
Let's hope the Internet-addicted housewife will come back soon!
We all wish for permanent world peace! expected result
now full of the scam ADs falsely claiming sister site
aside from the fact that the GOD has made familiar foreigners
sick of this place by swearing at them That may be the case. It's plausible and understandable. >>306
Surely. It looks like a long rope jumping.
If the people turn a rope very fast, a few people can enter into a rope. >>307
IKR? Those people are crazy. Maybe they know all too well that they are too retarded to join the Japanese community.
So, this is actually the only place they can barely communicate with others; because in English, their second language, people usually won't bother to point out how stupid their comments are.
The worst part is they think their English is at a very fair level while most of their sentences are either full of grammatical mistakes or are just pathetically unnatural. Someone is delusional lol Actually no. Your misconception actually makes me feel sorry for you. Life is tedious and pointless. What?? Would you be more specific?? But you can't, haha. The typhoon is coming. Prepare for yourselves because the government is impotent like Abe

https://i.imgur.com/mfKlAMs.jpg Pathetic person is writing miserable things. You guy aren't communicate well each ohter.
You guy can wreite only single sentence, furthermore your English is lousy
Are you all below average in intelligence? I just got some NG word error and I have no idea which word it was. Apparently it wasn't Fuck China.
I'll try posting it tomorrow or tomorrow's tomorrow. why the heck do we need to speak in English
while there are only Japanese?
>>318
maybe we are. but sorry, we are still superior to you. >>318
You are intentionally making mistakes, right? Otherwise you are... Ay ay ay... my parking roof was almost blown away last night.
Because it was large and heavy, and the sides were just so sharp that if crashed into a person it could have cut him in half.
Since there was nothing I could do about it except tying it down to its supporting pillar with some vinyl, I couldn't sleep well worrying about it. >>323
That was tough. I wish you a good sleep tonight.
2018 is a tough year, isn't it? Earthquake, heavy rainfall disaster and typhoon…
I hope everyone is safe. All these natural disasters are god’s punishments for Japanese people’s sins. There are many natural disasters in scenic areas.
As for beautiful Japan, there are many natural disasters. >>325
What kind of sins have we made? I was born in Japan but I'm a weird international Japanese as I've lived and worked abroad for several years. Furthermore I don't like a typical Japanese who goes against the Western standard. I admire your perseverance to continue meaningless conversations. >>324
Oh, thanks. Yeah it sure is tough. This year it's like our environment's been trying to collect all the debt we owe him at this point in time.
But, what I'm afraid the most now is that that earthquake in the Chubu region everybody's been talking about these years, whose scale is said likely to be equivalent to that of the Tohoku Earthquake years ago.
I thought the earthquake last month might be triggering it somehow but strangely enough there hasn't been single perceivable earthquake ever since. It's like the calm before the storm. I'm so scared I'm peeing in my underwear. Earthquake is unpredictable. Everyone knows it from their experience. >>323
keep your katsura not to be blown away anyway. So here comes a hair talk again. >>332
He is hage already ;) Did anyone hear that Takashi Yamazaki will conduct the olympic ceremonies?
I think that he must have been chosen because of some of his VERY Japanese 'good old days' movies, and I'm a little disappointed because I was expecting something new.
What do you think? As long as Ringo Shiina and Mikiko are involved, the ceremonies will be edgy. Ringo is a national shame. Why she was chosen?
Well it’s obvious she slept with so many 業界人 including her current husband who is originally from notorious Dentsu even though he had a wife and child.
Ringo is very infomous for destroying married couples. Also her husband works are all パクリ. >>337
I don't think so. As most of the Western countries don't interfere with a personal life a like France, so your outdated way of thinking is rather the national shame.
Love should be free from the social chain named marriage. Your idea is so childish and goes against the Western standard. Lol
Japan is not a western country. Did you know that?
Also she worshipped Hitler and even nicknamed her car “Hitler”. So many people were suprised that she was chosen as a member of the Olympics comittee because of that. Also she was believed that she stole the donation money for the earthquake victims like GACKT. This person skews everything in ways that fit his narrative. I hate "real Jews" like Hitler and they are ugly as they are Asians. And that's why he wanted to deprive Germany of the Western modern democratic society, and his desire had been realised in Japan. I hate Japan as long as there's neither democracy nor individualism in her. I think legal marriage system is fossil and it causes the decline in birth rate. Anybody has a right to love anybody else freely until he or she dies. Germany is a Western country,
USA is a Western country,
France is a Western country,
and Japan "should be" a Western country, if we want to make a happier country. >>344
Are you sure about that? Because even within the current system of wedding you are not getting any pussy at all, you're just gonna make the impossibles even more impossible. >>347
Because if it really gets to be free and without any legal constraint, most girls will go for popular guys, and with just you and them you won't stand any chance at all. There are ice creams that can keep its shape for one hour out of fridge.
Substances extracted from strawberries make it possible. I learned this from Reddit, which is a good place to know various things. i dont know how to watch reddit. There is a good app. Just install it. desktop app isnt enough to watch?
i should watch it by smartphone? There's an another message board which makes you so happy.
http://bbs.sp.findfriends.jp/?pid=thread_detail&id=115921&pager_type=pager&page=1&w4&w4 After all, Is there only Japanese here?
How much do you think Google Translate has? I gave it a try. It's still in the developing process, though it has improved drastically to the extent that I can easily understand the meaning of the translation. There are/were several foreigners but most of them are driven out by a certain person who continuously attack them. Thank you for answering my question.
Thanks to you, I understood the status of this thread. There's an another message board which makes you so happy.
http://bbs.sp.findfriends.jp/?pid=thread_detail&id=115921&pager_type=pager&page=1&w4&w4 And thank you for your opinion about Google Translate.
I learned a lot from that. So if this was a sci-fi movie, this thread would be one of those dystopian world where actually and truly skilled people are all gone because of the people's stupidity. How sad. why don't you abandon this thread too?
this thread has stopped working for a few years. Invite people from other sites. >>364
What's work of this thread? JU'T TP GJOF UPEBZ.UPP IPU UP CF GJOF. >>352
Reddit is an ordinary site. >>339
Agree for she's such shame. Fuck! I want to date with a white gaijin! Yeah, like when pigs fly. I have a question for everyone.
What language can you speak except Japanese and English?
I do not speak only English and Japanese.
But as you can see my English is poor. I'm still accepting questions about Chinese history. Feel free to ask. How many dialects are spoken in China? I don't know. That's not history. Life is old there. Old than the tree. JU'T B MJUUMF CJU PG DPPM
UPEBZ. >>381
> How many dialects are spoken in China?
They are not dialects.Other languages. I recently learned that Mandarin is not an official language in China. I always wish I could speak Mandarin and Cantonese. So cool. Mandarin is one of many dialects in China. i got cold in summer !!!! It's outrageous that highschool students should be playing baseball in this baking heat.
I wouldn't be surprised if some of them have a heatstroke and die.
Asahi would have to take the brunt of criticism then. That’s so Japanese culture. Sure. It's just part of their training to get ready for becoming a member of society and meeting unreasonable requests from their future boss.
No matter how ridiculous they might be, it would be totally justified under the idea of "work ethic" deeply ingrained in Japanese mindset, Did you know that 50% of Americans can't read middle school-level books? I live in a country full of these idiots. >>384
The basball tournament deserves to be abolished. I always use a mobile phone with Android os installed.
Japanese version of Cortana is not sold.
I had no choice but to talk to Cortana in English. If I'm not mistaken, the summer Olympic games take place at around this time of year too. Are the Olympics Japanese culture? There's an another message board which makes you so happy.
http://bbs.sp.findfriends.jp/?pid=thread_detail&id=115921&pager_type=pager&page=1&w4&w4 >>387
I can imagine that.
My prediction is caused by the mismatch of pronunciation with spelling. The famous essayist Koizumi Yakumo (real name Lafcadio Hearn, whose father was British/Irish and mother was Greek)
said that the ancient Greeks and Japanese are the only people who have a love for insects,
in comparison to the brutal Romans and (in his words) human-centric Christians.
I think he would be very disappointed if he saw what Japan has become (he came here in 1890 and died in 1904),
but anyway, I too have little interest in the Roman Empire and Christianity and a strong interest in Greek philosophy,
so maybe there is something between us and Greece. Do you like Greek yogurt? No, or rather, I don't know what it's like. The only yogurt I know is Bulgarian yogurt. >>387
might be a bit of an exaggeration lol.
It's probably closer to 35% :^)
yes, the education system in america really is bad, and even worse many people think education is not even important. What does it mean you can't read middle school level book?
35 to 50% of Americans cannot read the New York Times, for instance? I cannot believe it. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/08/01/magazine/climate-change-losing-earth.html
As a long article maniac, I finally found the longest article ever. More than 30,000 words!
I'm interested in how long it takes for native speakers to read this article. I came across the information that average negative speakers read 300 words per minute.
So it takes 100 minutes even for native speakers... >>404
> >>387
So,What's important for them? >>400
The most important thing for the average American is what the TV tells them is important. They spend all their time watching TV or on their smartphones. Sometimes they do both at the same time. Few people read books in America anymore. >>402
No things did not change all at once and all of a sudden. Nor is the problem restricted to the supporters of one political party or another. It is "across party lines" The number of people reading books also decreased here in Japan, but reading ability itself does not seem to have decreased accordingly.
If so many people have such restricted reading skills, it should be attributed to other factors includig a wealth gap or something. People read books because they had nothing else to do, not because they were more intelligent and had a greater thirst for knowledge.
It's just that TV games, smartphones and other things have replaced books as a means to kill time.
I see nothing to worry about in that. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Literacy_in_the_United_States
It seems true that rates of literacy in the U. S. is in the level mentioned above. it could partially be ascribed to its diversity in the first language. ■ このスレッドは過去ログ倉庫に格納されています
