I've known her since I've lived in this street.は、状態の継続である「住み続けている」に関するもので、「posted」と「have posted」とはケースが異なります。
この説明を「post」に適用することはできません。

追記

「It has been a month since I heard from her.」も「It has been a month since I've heard from her.」も両方正しい英語です。
（後者のほうが若干より自然ですが）
