憲法は日本語で国会を通っているな。

話は少しそれるが、原文を十人に訳させればそれぞれ異なるな。聖書の世界なんかそう。
はっきり言えることは逐語訳は良くないということ。所々意訳するのが良い。

『英文の一部または１つの文だけに対する訳としては正しくても、長文全体の流れの中では誤訳、または非常に分かりにくい訳になってしまう場合があることを知ってもらいたい。』

以下の二つの文章は英語に限らず全ての言語に当てはまる。

英語を書くことだけではなく、話すことでさえ学問ではなく技術である。
確実な法則というものもない。
具体的な語が抽象的な語よりもよく、最も簡潔な表現法がいつでも一番良いといった一般的な法則があるだけである。
ただ正確であるというだけでは、絶対に、優れた文章であるということの保証にはならない。
