彼らは、石油による収入、国家の収入を全部使っちゃわないで必ず余剰金を貯めています。それを政府のファンドにして、政府系ファンドっていうことで運用しているんです。投資運用しているんです。投資運用すると、運用益で利益が出るじゃないですか。その利益を政府の予算に充てるようにしているんですね。この利益さえあれば税金がどんどん要らなくなる全く同じことをシンガポールがやっています。

シンガポールは石油なんか出ません。シンガポールがやっているのは、国民から税金をもらって、その税金を全部使わないで、なるべく小さな政府で効率的に運営して必ず余剰金を残す。その余剰金を毎年溜めていて、やっぱり投資運用しているんです。シンガポールの投資運用はすごいです。シンガポールの中に2つぐらい政府系のファンドがあるんですけど、30年間で100倍になったファンド、40年間で1,000倍になったファンドがあります。これくらい徹底的に投資するんですね。今やシンガポールの国家予算の15%は、この運用で得た利益です。だからシンガポールは税金がどんどん安くなっている。

松下幸之助さんは、これを45年前に説いていたんですね。今こそ、これを日本でやるべきじゃないでしょうか。日本が目指すべきじゃないでしょうか。
