I am a student learning English, but if I were a teacher and my student chose a free conversation lesson even if he were not good at English, I would soon be unable to think of anything to talk about.
Of course, I had such an experience as a beginner student in English in the past.
Except in such cases, I think it is not so useful for teachers to share the file that contains students' information in order to teach them English.
