(3) and the left knee bent and turning slightly inwards,】 ---> and ★with★ the left knee bent and turning slightly inwards これも「付帯状況」を表す with を使った構文。
(4) the head to one side as she examined the things in her hand.] ---> ★with★ the head ●turned● to one side as she. . .
【all the weight on the right leg and the left knee bent and turning slightly inwards,】
(1) all the weight on the right leg and the left knee というところで切って、それを (2) bent and turning slightly inwards が修飾していると解釈してはならないのか?
(1) all the weight on the right leg and the left knee
A、B、and Cの形になってるんですか? 0071momi2014/06/18(水) 01:13:01.74ID:BJrJQoXp>>70 [all the weight on the right leg] and [the left knee bent and turning slightly inwards] がやはり文脈上自然かと。
all the weight was on the right leg the left knee was bent the left knee turned slightly inwards the head was to one side
で、the head to one sideの前にカンマつうバランス、つまり all the weight〜, the left knee 〜, the head to one side〜 とはなっていない理由だけど、 1全体の姿勢 She stood in the classical relaxed pose of the nude, 2脚 all the weight on the right leg and the left knee bent and turning slightly inwards, 3頭部から掌へ the head to one side as she examined the things in her hand.
(3) (3) and the left knee ●bent● and ★turning★ slightly inwards,
なぜ bent and turned とか bending and turning にしなかったか?
(3) and the left knee WAS ●bent● and WAS ★turning★ slightly inwards,
The left knee was bent. The left knee was turning slightly inwards.
