Chat in English (英語で雑談) part 201

Hey!!! All you NEETs, nerds, YouTube link spammers, pedophiles, neo-Nazis,
Yukorin enthusiasts, Nanako SOS admirers, Part-Time-Preachers,
Diplomats' spoiled sons, losers who can't remember Kanji characters,
Big-boobs fans, Weeaboo from around the world, learners of Japanese
who are too lazy to update their Japanese blogs very often, cunning
linguists, stupid fan girls of Johnny's Boys, Touhou pirates, and
that electrical super-gay who suffers from mental disease - This is your thread!
Let's hope the Internet-addicted housewife will come back soon!
We all wish for permanent world peace! >>848
Just said what I wanted to say to keep the topic going on for you in the meantime somebody else will answer your question faithfully lol >>850
Oh didn't notice that
I usually write in from Jane and so I rarely open up the homepage of 2ch, 5ch >>842
Judging from your poor writing, you must be a mentally retarded person. >>853
You're badly aggressive. Hey! Today it is the first day of three day holydays! How can you waste your valuable time by doing like that? You must enjoy! Don't get yourself pissed off mother fucker! I am becoming aware that I cannot improve my English skill here... because of like this>>856 What site in english do you usually
familiar to exept here? >>847
saturday night fever !!

Everywhere has same kinda persom like u... even here...im so disappointed... >>856
Well, every person has his own unique way of enjoying the time available for him
>>858
This thread is much better than before. As far back as 10 or so years ago, what people did here was either abusing other people or spitting out a nonsense.
Now there is a conversation! A great progress! last night, before i went to bed, my house began to vibrate.
the vibration continued for a long time and i thought there had happened an earthquake somewhere... >>853
That's what happens when an infamous cuss of 2ch learns English.
the way to use "cuss" is right?
"cuss" sounds like a Japanese word カス(kasu).
Maybe the meaning of both words are the same
Interesting! >>863
According to Japan Meteological Agency, there were earthquakes last night (although there are always earthquakes of various degrees everywhere in Japan).
Out of them, the largest one that occured during the night time hours was a M5.9 one at the Fukushima offshore. >>863
And you will hear somebody shouting Im coming? >>863
Where do you live?
I also felt a small earthquake at midnight in Tokyo
Actually I can predict earthquakes >>865
i guess that that M5.9 one is what noticed last night.
>>867
i live in tokyo too, on the 3rd floor of a small sized apartment that was built more than 20 years ago. I bought 3 avocados today. I’m happy. >>869
so put them into your anus. >>857
Don't blame others for your shitty english, asshole. What do you guys think about the problem between Spain with Catalonia?
Spanish government and Spanish police did too much because 337 people have been injured, some seriously.
I feel the existences there are stil many downtrodden regions ignored.
After WW1, we accepted ”the right of peoples to self-determination.”
About Catalonia, only Catalan can determine themselves by themselves.
Spanish law court ordered to refrain from doing Catalan independence referendum.
However, activists of Catalan didn't
listen to them and put through the vote.
That was obviously illegal. But why they have to been injured? There must be a more peaceful way to solve it among regions.
In the first place, EU aim to take borderlines away, right? They may glad to see this situation. i dont know.
most important thing is what to act today. >>840
Sounds nice for progress. >>872
Now you blame me too... It's not quite convincing... >>877
I just blamed you for your problem. But you blamed others for your problem. These are huge different. You understand? >>878
OK, OK. I UNDERSTAND.
I'M COMPLETELY WRONG. YOU ARE TOTALY RIGHT.
ARE YOU SATISFIED??? >>879
I'm not satisfied until you upload a picture of your DOGEZA Today began with a bad feeling gaddamnit. >>850
I see that now. Interesting, I had this board bookmarked, but I guess it redirects here now. Is 5ch a different site than 2ch?
I'm very high tonight. I've smoked a lot marijuana and taken 711mg of dextromethorphan, so tonight should be fun.
I got curious and looked dextromethorphan up in my Japanese to English dictionary, but it wasn't there. I guess it would be katakana デキストロメトルファン?
Anyway Japs, what do you think of how Trump is handling North Korea? Every time I watch the news I to die from humiliation. This is a strange place where Japanese people are chatting with Japanese people in English. >>886
That's not strange at all.
This is a thread for learners of English >>873
It is particularly hard to demarcate a border for countries on the continent.
even Japan, a maritime nation surrounded by sea, has been troubled by surrounding countries for the issue >>888
We can all agree with you >>888
I think there are some risks of learning bad or wrong English coming from Japanese people(of course including me) in this thread.
Don't you think so? >>885
Hello crazy man.
Take care of your health.
2ch and 5ch is different site and each site of them is provided by different servers having different IP addresses.
Now the access to the old 2ch.net domain seems to be redirected to 5ch.net domain because of the sites are in the transition phase.
I don't have any idea what Trump will do in the next step, anyway, I want North Korea to stop their nuclear development.
By the way, where do you live?
Stop calling us Japs. >>891
Surely, here are too few English speaking visitors
Is there any better idea to learn English on 2ch? >>891
When you are learning a foreign language, there's always such a risk. So you have to be careful.
When I just started out learning English by going around English websites, I always kept it in mind that there's a risk that I could mistakenly learn the wrong English, even from native speakers.
I decided at some point that when I learned new words and expressions, I'd rely exclusively on reliable sources such as paperbacks, dictionaries, and textbooks.
But as a means to actually use what I learned, I could utilize places like this thread where chatters are not necessarily native speakers.
To put it shortly, it's all up to you how you make the best use of available things. >>892
2ch still belongs to Hiroyuki?
I heard he has the registration of trademark of 2ch.
Though Jim had 2ch? I just don't get it >>864
Just for fun.
Don't think twice. >>858
Then,what are you starting
for that learning? >>892
Hi Japanese guy. Sorry for calling you japs. I was thinking of it in humor but it is racist I guess.
I apologize. My Japanese professor uses the word, but she can get away with it in a way that I cannot.
I live in the US, Texas. Thanks for talking to me. :3 >>876
Only say sorry isn't enough offcourse. >>898
I bet your professor is not Japanese. Chinese or Korean pretending to be Japanese.
Live in Texas? No wonder! Texas is a hotbed for racists. When we were in school, we learned english from japanese teacher, right? That was a huge risk. We used to listen to wrong pronunciation and incorrect accent from japanese teacher.
It is too late to mention about risk now. >>899
How about an emoji? 😎
>>900
I couldn't possibly say if she was pretended or not, but I can think of no motivation. She claims to be 26 years old though, when she is clearly not thou (I am an expert on ages because I am a pedophile) so she may be a liar\. why do all Asians basically hate each other? Not all Asian countries, dude. China, Korea, and Japan, only these 3 countries hate each other. >>903
I blame Chinks and Gooks >>901
You sound like, "I'm already fat enough, so there's no need to tell me how to avoid putting on weight"
Well, the pronounciation problem aside (which I don't think matters a lot), what we are taught in school is mainly grammar. So it's fine.
Whether you can utilize it well or not depends on how you make it to the next level on your own. It's not the fault of school teachers.
I mean, in such a short period of time, how possibly can a school teacher make his student a fluent English speaker? >>889
I suppose that kind of issue we have isn't in the same context with the continent tho >>864
A cuss is a crude or offensive word. "Cuss" can also be a verb, which is to speak in an offensive manner.
It can also simply refer to a person, but this is an archaic usage and you will most likely never hear the word used in this way.
>>894
You can attain a functional understanding of a language from textbooks and dictionaries,
but being able to produce natural-sounding writing and speech, regrettably, can only be accomplished by spending a lot of time reading and listening to native speakers.
While almost everyone here can be understood fairly well, the relative inexperience with English is pretty obvious.
I don't mean any offense; your efforts are commendable. Y'all are certainly far better at English than I am at 日本語. >>908
You are very kind
one more queston, please
Then, what kind of word should I use for "cuss"?
”That's what happens when an infamous cuss of 2ch learns English.”
in Japanesea、I meant..
「悪名高き2chのクズがちょっと英語を覚えると、こだれよ!」
Thank you. >>908
I'm not saying that using textbooks and dictionaries is enough, nor spending time reading and listening to native speakers is no use.
But imagine this case, a non-native speaker wants to learn Japanese and he decides to go read around the 2ch posts to learn the language.
He'll end up in a disaster for sure. Especially when you are at a beginner level, it's much safer to resort to the reliable sources. >>909
If I'm understanding 「クス/クズ」 correctly, then there are many words you could use to express a similar sentiment.
"Loser" is probably the most universal, or perhaps you could use "Lowlife." Different speakers and cultures have different ways to describe undesirables.
These are two words which are less vulgar. >>910
Ah, of course. Personally, I'd say being exposed to conversational language early on isn't necessarily bad;
the more you can apply your knowledge, the better. As you say though, what is often spoken isn't always what is technically correct.
Beginners should certainly keep this in mind even when listening to natives. I don't hate Chinese.
I like the Chinese classics, food and people like 陳健一 and 周富徳
But this doesn't mean that I want my country to be flooded with Chinese people. Same for other gaijins. I
study
English
nice to me you
lol >>911
I like "Loser" better
in fact, "Loser" often appears in American movies
I think we'd better learn various kinds of foreign word in order to
survive on overseas bulletin board, d^^
Many thanks >>882
Malaysia and Singapore too. >>891
The both famouse chinese descent are
brought up in Japan. the population of japan will continue to decrease
and most of the people, who are currently in their 30's or 40's won't be able to retire until the age of 70 or 75
to maintain the japanese social welfare system that the authorities have been proud of.
the oldest sales rep at my company is 80 or 82years old which i feel is surprising at first. Is it a good idea to be married with a Chinese girl?
If not, which asian girl is the best to marry aside from japanese? >>917
Aren't the anchor numbers with your comments wrong ?
Or you did them on purpose? >>919
It really depends on the person you are married to.
I'd say Chinese isn't a good choice in general, but
I have some friends from there I'm happy to get married with
if I have to.
You will not get married with their government and
there is no generalizable rule about marriage. This thread become lively suddenly. Why? Because the world comes to the end you got the point.
another huge quake is coming. I hope great Tsunami will wipe out entire Tokyo city so I don't need to go for work Most of Japanese people suffer from depression because of a long-standing deflation in Japan Only Japan has been left behind by economic growth in the world in these 30 years.
JPN's govt couldn't understand the impact of deflation on people's minds Japanese government is busy playing with snap election and Olympics now. >>929
It's hard to imagine how they're going to handle all those tourists when the Olympics roll around.
Hopefully the crowding won't get too crazy. I just woke up! Good morning everyone! Japanese government is busy cheating on their partner. They care neither economy nor citizen. WTF? We will remember the Morimoto and Kake issues forever.... >>927
>>928
Japan's economy is actually growing quite better than expected. But the shortage of labor due to aging population is a big concern.
Bank of Japan sets its inflation target at 2%, but it seems like it's unachievable :) They need slaves working until they die not labor >>898
I am also having wrong number.
What's wrong? I don’t like the Abe’s smug face. He has been striking me as a creepy insidious man...what he cares about are only status and fame and money....
Disgusting man >>934
The economic policy that Japan needs the most now is large-scale fiscal mobilization
It will bring Abe's three-arrowed economic plan to perfection and Japan will be able to recover >>936
Why dont you try to reload your browser once before posting My impression is that Abe's reason for calling the snap election is Rocket Man. He wants to secure defense expenditure.
His commitment on the free school education fee is only an excuse to attract voters for him. Rocket Man in Pyongyang.
Sick Man in Las Vegas.
have a fight >>941
Don’t forget about the diarrrea man in Tokyo last month, a soapland girl who i meet from time to time asked me a question.
"why do you come to see me?"
it sounded to me like an interviewer at a job interview asking me "why did you apply for the position "at our company"?"
i am inept at answering suck a question, so i couldn't reply back to her. >>943
No prob!
company pays u but u pay for her so the situation is quite different. >>945
you're right.
but the girl definitely has some good charming points and a unique set of skills,
so i feel sorry i could not tell her about them at that time. You feel sorry for soapland girl? Such a shame. They are not human being. They are like a monkey. Don't need to feel sorry for them at all. I started a one-man band cause I have no friends🤗 Can't tell if the YouTube account is his or not. Hope it is, as the video boasts
as many as 40k views and that could garner quite a lot of ad revenue, while
the coins he got on the street is peanuts. レス数が950を超えています。1000を超えると書き込みができなくなります。
