日本語の二重否定は婉曲、英語の二重否定は一番強い肯定になるんで、
「毎日、虹が出る」と訳すのが基本。（We see a rainbow every day.）
問題は、「なぜ、毎日虹が出るのか」になる。
「毎日夕立がある」とか、「そばに滝がある」とか、「毎日ホースで水を巻いてる」とかが情報として必要になる。
