When will I receive it? Have you already sent it?
The order number is 1234. Please get in touch with me ASAP. >>879
>Have you already sent it?
Have you sent it yet?
疑問文、否定文では、yetを使うほうが自然です
>The order number is 1234.
My order number is 1234.
>Please get in touch with me ASAP.
Please get in touch with me as soon as possible.
大事なところは省略しない
友達とのやり取りじゃないんだから >I ordered a sweater online on August 1st
I've ordered a sweater online on August 1st
ここも、過去完了形にした方が良いかな
別に間違ってはいないと思うけど、過去完了形の方が8/1に注文したんだってことが強調される
尚、August 1stと表記するのはアメリカ式、1st Augustと表記するのはイギリス式です >>882
alreadyは主に肯定文、yetは主に疑問文か否定文

on August 1st言うてんのに現在完了にはしないでしょうよ > I ordered a sweater online on August 1st but still haven't received it.
正しい。完了形にしたらおかしい。August 1st って言ってるから
>When will I receive it?
なんか、こういう場合は When am I going to receive it? の方がいいような気がする。予定だから、意志じゃないから
>Have you already sent it?
これだと、もう送っちゃったの?みたいな意味になる気がする
Have you sent it yet? の方がいい
>The order number is 1234. Please get in touch with me ASAP.
正しい。でも My order number の方がいいような気がする
オレも大概だから当てにはならないけどな I had ordered a sweater online on August 1st
か
I'veじゃないな
ネイティブスピーカーは、今現在起きていることを強調するために現在完了形をよく使います
過去完了形も恐らく同じではないでしょうか いや違うか
I ordered a sweater online on August 1stであってるんだ

ソースがweblioかよ・・・
uglilyとかおかしな英単語を平気で載せているサイトだぞ・・・
https://ejje.weblio.jp/content/uglily
形容詞の末尾にlyをつけて副詞にするのは、皆さんよくされていると思いますが、
ではuglyのように、lyで終わる形容詞の場合はどうか?
これは、uglilyとやってはダメなんですね
代わりにin an ugly wayのような表現を使うべきだというのがoxford dictionariesの見解のようです
https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/spelling/forming-adverbs
>Adjectives that end in -ly, such as friendly or lively, can't be made into adverbs by adding -ly.
>You have to use a different form of words, e.g. ‘in a friendly way’ or ‘in a lively way’ instead. Hello Rob,
Have you already sent my order? I am afraid I didn't receive anything yet.
Let's take a closer look at this.
How to make your complaint polite as British gentlemen do??
a)If would/could ○○○,I'd really appreciate it.(I'dはI wouldです)
b)If would/could ○○○,it would be great.
c)Would you mind ○○○ing ○○○?
こんな表現がサラッと言えると、ちょっとカッコいいかも知れませんね
※ただし、今回のケースではこのような表現は使わない方が良いでしょう
いくら海外でも8月の頭に頼んだものがまだ届かないなんてのは異常ですから 間違えました。。
a)If you would/could ○○○,I'd really appreciate it.(I'dはI wouldです)
b)If you would/could ○○○,it would be great.
c)Would you mind ○○○ing ○○○?
尚、if part ともう片方の部分は、順番が逆でも全く問題はありません
だから、こんなのもありです
a')I'd really appreciate it if you would/could ○○○
b'),it would be great if you would/could ○○○ b')It would be great if you would/could ○○○ >>899-900
肯定文では主にalready
疑問文、否定文では主にyet >>902
またまた訂正
これで最後です

Both sentences are correct. 私はできるだけ真面目にそう言った。
1 I said so as serious as possible.
2 I said so as seriously as possible.
これってどっちが正しいですか? I said so で独立した文になってるんだから最後は副詞にならなければならいので
2が正しい We use as + adjective/adverb + as to make comparisons when the things we are comparing are equal in some way:
e.g
You have to unwrap it as carefully as you can. It’s quite fragile.
