Chat in English (英語で雑談) part 207
https://lavender.5ch.net/test/read.cgi/english/1523616417/
Hey!!! All you NEETs, nerds, YouTube link spammers, pedophiles, neo-Nazis,
Yukorin enthusiasts, Nanako SOS admirers, Part-Time-Preachers,
Diplomats' spoiled sons, losers who can't remember Kanji characters,
Big-boobs fans, Weeaboo from around the world, learners of Japanese
who are too lazy to update their Japanese blogs very often, cunning
linguists, stupid fan girls of Johnny's Boys, Touhou pirates, and
that electrical super-gay who suffers from mental disease - This is your thread!
Let's hope the Internet-addicted housewife will come back soon!
We all wish for permanent world peace! so what do 2ch users think of 4chan? >>684
then I'll take your penis Do you think there's an afterlife? What do you it's like? When I casually turned on the TV and watched Princess Kako giving a speach in English,
I found her speaking skills were not as fluent as returnee students'.
However, I love her English because such students sound like native English speakers, not Japanese.
Do you think I am partial to her? I turned a cup of soap over and spilled it around this morning. the door af my veranda was broken by typhoon 21. >>687
bring it on.
you'll know that's impossible. >>686
delet the admin.
the cancer keeps pissing us off.
I guess 5ch(2ch) users generally don't care about 4chan
since that's an image bulletin board. Devastating typhoon. Many areas recorded the strongest ever wind speed.
It's crystal clear that global warming is destroying us. We underestimated how much we damaged the Earth. You know the global warming is fabricated by scientists. I'm not interested in such kind of conspiracy theory. >>695
are you a fucking idiot? >>697
A lot of Americans think this way. So many conservative and religious people don’t believe the global warming. Yes, they are baka. memorising many english words is super difeicult and frustrating. european languages are similar in conclusion, right? Japanese is not!
but i will keep studying this bitch. lol. no, you yourself can’t, instead of him. I want to eat some maruchan. Red fox and green tanuki noodles are very delicious. I especially like green tanuki.
They change tastes depending on the region of Japan.
People in the west of Japan like a little bit bland tastes and those in the east like strong taste. LOL
You don’t know anything about the difference don’t you? I cannot understand how you can say such a thing after reading my comment.
It's completely illogical. Someone doesn’t even know how to say “baka” in English lol
No wonder he always posts hideous English here....lol This guy always follows the same pattern: writing nasty comments, changing to the smartphone and pretending to be another person. Maybe I know too much about it.
From now on I'll add it to the NG list. >>710
red fox reminds me of some casual lether shoes brand... someone doesn’t even know how often the word is used
in some english BBS.
I know you well including what kind of things you have posted here.
using such a connection doesn’t hide anything. Btw 4chan doesn't have any 2ch counterpart of ワッチョイ or ID, does it? >>719
4chan does have IDs, but only on a few boards.
They're not global like on this site. >>720
> >>719
> 4chan does have IDs, but only on a few boards.
> They're not global like on this site.
In 4chan should we,Japanese english speaker,make a thread? >>723
On the /int/ board of 4chan there are plenty of Japanese posters.
https://boards.4chan.org/int/
There is also almost always a Japanese language thread here, and usually a Japanese learning thread (DJT)
https://boards.4chan.org/int/catalog#s=japanese
Sometimes in the Learn Japanese thread, Japanese people will ask for help with English, but aside from that there really aren't many people asking for help (with English)
Still, there are quite a decent number of Japanese posters on this board so you should chat if you want to!
I don't think that they are common on the other boards though. >>723
yes, you are welcome to make threads on 4chan!
If you say you are from 5ch/2ch most people will definitely be ok with you posting, and will probably be happy about it. 723 is a long time troll/shill in this thread. He has been caught replying to his own post (which is called 自作自演 in Japanese). Don't talk to him.
And I suspect he's some gaijin. 726 is bullshit.Don't have an ear for him. naomi osaka is geniuuuuuuuuuus! no, he isn't.
you are the bullshit shill who keeps pissing us off
with the nasty advertisements of shitty sites. Is there anyone who is learning English through doujinshi using such a site as exhentai, nhentai or something like that? https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/05/opinion/trump-white-house-anonymous-resistance.html
This New York Times article includes a Japanese translation. This is the first time I saw it on the paper.
This is a good opportunity to compare my reading speed in Japanese and English.
It took me four times more time to read in English. Too slow...
I have to stick with dictionaries. I refer to them 20 times. >>731
I'm trying to learn japanese to play untranslated eroges, but it's difficult and I'm lazy.
Have you read any good doujinshi lately? >>733
Keep it up, and you'll finally be able to speak hentai Japanese.
In my case, I just read doujinshi translated into hentai English too, thanks to darn translation commissions.
Since C94 took place last month, you can now see tons of new stuff on those sites that I just told you about. as you can see, this guy keeps spamming changing his connection.
CAUTION: THIS THREAD HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THOSE SITES. >>735
Keep calm and answer the question: why the hell are you so eager to chat on reddit? >>732
the op-ed was shocking even to a japanese man on a street like me! i'm not sure the legal matter on the writer.
one thing. good on Tramp! There is nothing to say.
So I shut my mouth. Good.
How about getting stiches in your mouth so you can never talk? But not till the day I die. Teaching Japanese in English is extremely difficult due to my lack of knowledge about Japanese and limitations in English.
Someone asks the difference between で and に like 家の近くに店が出来る and 家の近くで店が出来る.
We differentiate them instinctively, and thus don't know how to teach it.
So I have to look it up before teaching.
に describes a place where something exists and で describes a place where something is done.
So the former sentence is more natural.
But if we remove 家 from the sentences like 近くに店が出来る and 近くで店が出来る both become natural and only nuances change slightly.
The former emphasizes a place where a store is built while the latter focuses more on the fact that a store is built.
I'm thinking about writing this in another site but ceased to do it and instead write it in here for practicing English.
The site requires accurate explanations and decent English that alienates me... Yua Mikami or Kirara Asuka? When I ask Google Assistant: "I'm hungryを日本語で", it answers "お腹があきました"...
I've never come across a person who says like that. お腹がすきました is common. plz tell me
this time i saw many times that serena williams was called as GOAT.
so i checked the meaning and found a answer.
"Sometimes people call the player who messes up to lose the game the goat.
But the GOAT that I mean is the Greatest of All Time: G-O-A-T.
So let’s find athletes competing these days who are the Greatest of all time at what they do.
Consider New York Yankees relief pitcher Mariano Rivera."
which meaning does this case be applied?? Think about why you type that in all caps.
You do it to emphasize that it's an anacronym. >>737
> as you can see, this guy keeps spamming changing his connection.

http://bbs.sp.findfriends.jp/?pid=thread_detail&id=115921&pager_type=pager&page=1&w4&w4 We are E coming before X! If you want livelier bulletin boards, just go to 4chan
where there are lots of natives and some Japanese
rather than other fishy sites. This is kind of back of a flyer.
Everyone should be allowed to write whatever comes across their mind. i missed to apply eiken 1st grade exam.. There's an another message board which makes you so happy.

You can apply it till 10pm today. really? but i dont know i will study. I should have said "apply for".
I hope the Philippines ride out this extreme typhoon. I don't know if I would be alive today. All I ever think about is porn ;_; There's no problem. Think of porn. I've been to like 5 doctors and none of them know what's wrong. JU'T HFUUJOH DPME PVTJEF. >>767
> i missed to apply eiken 1st grade exam..
J DBMM JU NZTUFSZ FYBHHJSBUJOH What language are you speaking? A girl pop group performed on TV last night. They consist of several nationals who speak some Japanese.
They remind me of the importance of precise pronunciation.
I though as long as you can communicate in the language your pronunciation is okay but it's not.
A accent makes communication difficult. I shouldn't be complacent about the present situation.
Now I begin to learn Chinese whose accent is vastly different from Japanese or English. This provides me with good opportunities to think about pronunciations. Fuck my brother. Hope he would be in a traffic accident and then die lol I can relate to you. I want to improve my pronunciation too.; hopefully make it perfect even.
But I don't know that is necessarily the right attitude to take.
Just think about it. How much time and energy would it take to perfect your pronunciation, and by extention, to learn the A to Z of English idioms and phrasal verbs?
At leat 10,000 hours. Even more.
You also might have to learn to use English articles(a/the), modal verbs(can/will/may, etc) and so on.
And all of this is just to make it easier to communicate with NATIVE SPEAKERS, and native speakers only.
How unjust it is that we should dedicate thounsands of hours just to make them feel comfortable, not vice versa.
Besides, it's way too ridiculous to set your eyes on native speakers only, when there are tremendous numbers of English speakers out there whose mother tongue is not English.
You don't have to have native speaker's fluency to communicate with them. It is even possible that you might just baffle them with your native-like fluency. >>779
I totally agree with you. It is a waste of time to be perfect so the target for non-native speakers should be near perfect.
Still, it takes a lot of time as you said.
The last night TV show makes me think about something that I have never cared about: pronunciation. 779 can start with TLDR
ID of 781 contains sex lol anyone likes playing pool? I like playing pool with strangers at bar over beer You know someone pee in the pool. ■ このスレッドは過去ログ倉庫に格納されています
