大江千里のCD4枚組BOXセット『Senri Premium II〜MY GLORY DAYS 1989-1992』が5月20日に発売された。
これは2008年にオーダーメイドファクトリーで企画・販売された『Senri Premium 〜MY GLORY DAYS 1983-1988』の続編にあたり、
今回は「red monkey yellow fish」「APOLLO」「HOMME」「六甲おろしふいた」の4枚のオリジナル・アルバムを紙ジャケット仕様で復刻。
各ディスクにはアルバム未収録のシングル楽曲をボーナストラックとして追加収録。
またアルバム単位としては今回が初のデジタル・リマスター盤となる。
更に別冊ブックレットには本人渾身の書き下ろしのアルバム解説およびシングル・ジャケット集を掲載。
35周年企画に相応しいファン必携のアイテムに仕上がっている。

disったってのともちょっと違うけど
アメリカ行きを唐突に発表したライブの時に
ファンに対してちょっとネガな発言はしてたらしい
コアなヲタに囲まれて活動してるヌルい状態ではいかんと
本人が思ってたのかどーかは知らんが
当時の2ちゃんでその詳細を現地に行ってた人とかの書き込みで見たことある
あめぞうあたりで検索したら過去ログ残ってるんじゃね？
ていう自分もリアルタイムじゃなくて何年後かに読んだからなー

みたいなこと言ってたけど、それからもわかるように
個人的には昔からこの人のこと「善人顔」と思ったこと無いなあ
作品とは関係ないからどうでもいいけどｗみたいに思いながら曲聞いてた

そんなことより　このところはセコい商売するようになってんだね

うん、ジャズアルバム初期はレコーディングに自腹でかなりの大金投じてるし
以前イベントで「ぶっちゃけ貯金がもうないんですよww」って言ってたし
（とは言っても億が数千万になったとかのレベルだと思うが）
さすがに生活に困ることは無いだろうけど悠々自適ってのも違う気がする。

ただ、まだ貯金に余裕がある渡米直後からそれまでと180度違う生活を送れるストイックさはすごいと思う。
お金があるのに一度上げた生活レベルを普通レベルに落とすのってなかなかできないよね。

払い戻し待ちの分ってある程度の期間まで預かりみたいな感じで保管しとかないといけないらしく
さっさと払戻してグッズでも買ってあげたほうが役に立つらしい。

岡村ちゃんも好きだから単純に嬉しいわ。

歌詞書くのに行き詰まってた岡村ちゃんが華々しく復活してる今、
千里さんもあのままシンガー続けてたらどうなってたんだろ。
新境地で歌詞が書けても声が厳しかったかな。

昔から「その発声ではいずれ喉潰すよ」とは言われてたらしい。
一時的には強い声になってたしデビュー10年目くらいまではなんとかなってたけどその後がね…
ただCDはひどいけどライブではまだマシってのが不思議。
トニオクレーガー時代の映像でデビューアルバムの収録曲のやつ見てもCDよりは上手いんだよな

JazzアルバムとしてのBoys & Girlsをやっと買って聴いたけれど、期待以上に良かったわー

初回限定版にはBonus Diskで原曲版が付いてくるけど、聴き比べると歳をとってJ-POPは続けられなくなったという想いに共感できる

未だ初回限定版が残ってるのは哀しかったけど、残ってて幸運だった

やっぱり、年齢を重ねても真摯にPopsに向き合っているアーチストに対して失礼すぎると思う。
この人が、現在、重宝されなくなったのは、こう言った無神経な発言をすることによるのかなあと想像する。
実際、喉のケアをしていなくて、声がボロボロになって歌えなくなったからって素直に言えば良いだけなのに。
ファンも関係者も、皆、心の中ではそう思っているよね。

単に年齢というよりも感性の問題かねえ。
たとえ60代になってもその年齢相応にちゃんとポップスやってる人もいるしね。
千里くんの30代の作品は迷走してる感が感じられるけど
40代は歌詞はちょっと吹っ切れたような感じがして結構好きだと思えるのが多い。
ただ曲がついて歌になったら　うーんみたいなのが多々あって…
結局よく聞くのって80年代のやつになる。

1stアルバムから"1234"までは素晴らしい
”APOLLO”や”redmonkey yellowfish”位までは曲のレベルも声も何とかいける。

当時、男らしい野太い声を目指していて、盛んに首周りを太くしたいと言っていたので
？？と思っていたが、その後 ”格好悪いふられ方”あたりで、ネコナデ声みたいな声になっているのを聞いて
速攻でファンを止めた。のでその後はJazzアルバムまで全く知らない。

でも過去のアルバムは今でも素敵。
なにより素晴らしいのは今もJazzで現役な事。
"Hｍｍｍ" を聴いてJazzに転向して良かったねって思った。

声がちょっと…てのは同意。40代の作品なら「ビルボード」とか
アルバムなら「ファーストクラス」なんてけっこういいなと思うんだが、いかんせん声が…
声さえなんとかなればもうちょっと応援できたかも。
今でもよく聴くのはレッドモンキーあたりまでだし。

ジャズというジャンルは元々好きなので今のアルバムは楽しく聴いてるが
なんとなくシンガーソングライター大江千里、とは別人という認識だわ。

彼はテクニックを売りにするピアニストではなくて
作曲がメインでピアノはそれを表現する技術があればよいので
ジャズピアニストだから！って気負って聴くものではないと、

人生半世紀を前に JAZZ を聴き始めて、入門的なポップなジャズを探していたところ、今の大江千里さんの音楽にたどり着きました。

もともと B’z などの音楽を聴いていたので、大江千里さんのお名前は知っていましたが J-POP 時代の音楽は聴いていませんでした。今は大江千里さんの JAZZ が耳に心地よく、ヘヴィーローテーションで聞いています。もう少ししたら、J-POP 時代の楽曲も遡って聴いてみたいと思います。

コロナ禍が早く終息して、日本でも大江千里さんの JAZZ のライブが観られるようになるのを心待ちにしています。

GLORY DAYSをオープニングメドレーで

　国民的な人気を誇るフジテレビ系アニメ「ちびまる子ちゃん」（日曜・後６時）で主人公・まる子の声を３４年間務めた声優でシンガー・ソングライターのＴＡＲＡＫＯ（タラコ＝本名非公表）さんが４日未明に死去した。６３歳だった。９日に所属事務所や同局が発表した。今年に入り体調を崩し、闘病しながら仕事を続けていたが、容体が急変したという。

　ＴＡＲＡＫＯさんは「まる子」に出会うまでの駆けだしの声優時代、その特徴的な声がコンプレックスのひとつだったという。少年のヒーローにも、可憐（かれん）なヒロインにもなれず「主役向きの声ではない」と落とされてばかり。そんな中で、さくらさんに「声がそっくり」というまる子役に出会い、等身大のおしゃべりがキャラクターになる縁を得た。

　ファンの間で語り継がれる伝説のラジオがある。１９９２年２月１７日の「さくらももこのオールナイトニッポン」。パーソナリティーのさくらさん、さくらさんと声が似ているとウワサになっていたシンガー・ソングライターのイルカ、ＴＡＲＡＫＯさんの３人が集い、「誰が誰だか分からない」とリスナーを混乱に陥れた放送があり、本人たちもことあるごとに笑い話に。ＴＡＲＡＫＯさんも１８年の「ありがとうの会」で「似てるって、こんなに幸せでうれしくてありがたくて、なんかグッとくるものなんだなっていうことも、ももこちゃんが教えてくれました」と語るほどだった。

　私生活では４匹の保護猫と生活。公式ブログでは、猫への愛や「ちびまる子ちゃん」アフレコの様子、主宰する劇団「ＷＡＫＵプロデュース」での舞台製作に精力的に打ち込む様子をつづっていた。
