を当てないよう「指名NGリスト」が作成されていたという事実を、４日にNHKが報じた。会見時、運営スタッフの一人が「NGリスト」
の書類を持って歩いていたところを、NHKのカメラが捉えていたのだ。本誌はこの「NGリスト」、そして「10月２日記者会見質疑応答」
と書かれた文書の現物を入手した。「指名候補記者リスト」に入っていたのは以下の８名だ。

駒井氏や藤森アナウンサーなど、メディア出演を行っている人間以外の記者については、現時点ではプライバシーに配慮し、本誌が
独自にモザイクを入れ、匿名にしている。一方、「NG記者リスト」には、以下の６名の名前が記載されている。

ジャニーズ問題について追及しているジャーナリストらの名前が並んでいる。リスト作成の経緯について、会見の運営スタッフが明かす。
「元々、このNGリストは存在しなかったんです。しかし、会見の前々日、報道陣に送った案内状をある記者がネット上で公開してしまい、
会見の場所や時間がバレる事態になりました。そのことをきっかけに、リスク管理の点から特定の記者をもう締め出してしまおう、会見場
にいても何もできない状態にしようということになったんです。ただ、これはジャニーズ側が明確に言葉として言ったわけではなく、運営側が
そう言わざるを得ないような、どこか誘導するような空気があったと聞いています」
望月氏や鈴木氏をはじめ、NGリストに名前がある記者はジャニーズ事務所を厳しく追及している人間ばかりだ。一方で指名候補には、
過去に藤島ジュリー前社長のメッセージ広告を出している日本経済新聞や、ジャニーズと懇意と指摘されたことがある芸能リポーター
などが挙げられている。TBSについては「10月２日記者会見質疑応答」文書の方には『報道特集』の村瀬健介キャスターや日比麻音子
アナウンサーの名前もある。会見に出席したメディア関係者が語る。
「会見の質疑応答が始まると、『指名候補』に挙げられている東洋経済の記者、リポーターの駒井氏が真っ先に指名されました。一方、
NGリストに記載されている鈴木エイト氏は、ずっと挙手していたものの最後まで当てられませんでした。尾形氏や望月氏は挙手しても
いつまで経っても指名されないので、司会に当てられなくても自分たちで質問していた。他にも『指名候補』に挙がっていたTBSの藤森
アナウンサーやロイター通信の記者は当てられていたので、会見はやはりリストに沿って進められたように感じます」
質疑応答の場で特定の会社や個人が優遇、冷遇されていたことが事実であれば、記者会見の公正性を妨げる重大な問題だ。
会見を運営したFTIコンサルティングはリストの存在を認め謝罪した一方で、ジャニーズ事務所はリストについての回答を二転三転させている。

服をぬがせると性器や乳首がみえる仕様となっており、SNSでは「キモすぎる」「性的消費」などと不快感をしめす声があいつぐ。
問題となっているのは、なにわ男子や関西ジャニーズJr．のコンサートグッズとして過去に販売されていた「ちびぬい」とよばれる
ぬいぐるみ。グループのメンバーがモデルで、服をぬがせると性器や乳首がついているという、衝撃的なデザインとなっている。
「ちびぬい」が販売された当時、未成年だったメンバーもいた。喜々として服をぬがせた画像をSNSに投稿するファンもおり、これまでも
たびたびネット上で炎上。そして、性加害問題でジャニーズ事務所が炎上するなか、ふたたび燃料を投下するかたちとなった。
Xでは「ほんとうに下品」「こんなのよろこんで買ってるジャニヲタもジャニー喜多川と同類の異常性愛者」「当のメンバーたちはこれを
どう思ってたんだろう？」「おまけのソーセージ付きとはやりおる」「昭和の話かと思ったら、めっちゃ令和の話だった…ジャニオタきもすぎ」
と嫌悪感をしめす声が殺到。実業家「ひろゆき」こと西村博之さんも「AKB48の公式ぬいぐるみに女性器がついてたら、完全にアウト

■「ジャニーズのタレントは後輩の性被害を黙認した」
ジャニーズ事務所の創業者である故・ジャニー喜多川の性加害について、元所属タレントらによる証言が相次いでいる。
名桜大学の大峰光博教授は「『タレントに罪とか問題があるわけではない』という声には賛同できない。性加害疑惑を知り
ながら、問題から目を背けてきた所属タレントにも責任はある」という。世間では藤島ジュリー景子現社長ら経営陣や、性加
害問題を黙殺してきた日本のマスコミへ責任を問う声が上がっているが、筆者がここで主張したいのは「責任が問われる所属
タレントもいるのではないか」という点である。
■アメリカでは関係者も罪を問われる
告発を行った元ジャニーズJr.で歌手のカウアン・オカモト氏は、ジャニーズのタレントたちが「後輩たちへの性被害を黙認した。
自分たちも被害者かもしれないが、売れるためにはこの儀式を済ませなければならないという感じで、後輩たちが性被害を受ける
のを見殺しにしたと言える。そういった人たちは欧米の基準に照らすとメディアには二度と出られない」と述べた。アメリカにおいて
児童虐待事件が生じた際には、犯行に及んだ者だけでなく、関係者も厳罰に処される。
■告発はできなくとも「不必要な称賛」は必要なかったはず
「反対の行動に出る」というのは内部告発のようなものに限らない。内部告発は、時に告発者に深刻なリスクを与える。権力者
であった喜多川に直接的に歯向かうことは、ジャニーズ事務所から排除されて芸能界から追放されるだけでなく、身に危険が
及ぶ可能性もあるかもしれない。喜多川による性加害を告発することが仮に命の危険に晒されるほどの重大なリスクを伴ったと
すれば、反対の行動を起こすことができなかったとしても責任を問うことは酷である。
しかし、内部告発以外にも弱い「反対の行動」は存在する。その一つが、「不用意に加害者に賛同しないこと」だ。芸能界追放
のリスクを考えて喜多川の悪行を訴えることまではできなくとも、テレビ等で喜多川の人格を称賛する発言を行わないことである。
だが実際はどうか。筆者はこれまで、同事務所に所属するタレントたちが喜多川の人格を称賛し、喜多川との思い出を楽しそう
にテレビで語る姿を、長年にわたって見聞きしてきた。ネットを見れば喜多川を「お父さんのような人」「優しい」「感謝している」など
と称賛するタレントの声はいくらでも見つかる。これらが喜多川による性加害の実態を知った上での発言であったならば、タレントに
対し責任がないとは言えない。
■喜多川氏を美化し続けたタレントも加担したと言える
仮に筆者が、性加害を長年にわたって続けている教員の主宰する研究室への進学を志望する学生から相談を受け、性加害の
実態を知りながら当該教員の人格を称賛し研究室への進学を勧めたとすれば、大きな責任問題となる。筆者がその教員から
多くの便益を受けていればさらに厳しい責任が問われるであろう。これらを踏まえると、喜多川氏による性加害の実態を知ってい
ながら喜多川の人格を称賛し、その人物像を美化していたとすれば、たとえ被害者であったとしても連帯責任がないとは言えまい。
そのような言動によって喜多川から寵愛を受け、芸能界における有形無形のバックアップを得ていたとすればなおさらである。
テレビを通して喜多川を美化することは、性加害を受けて心に傷を負いジャニーズ事務所を退所した人たちに対する暴力性も孕ん
でいる。メディアを通し「ジャニーズ事務所は良い事務所」という誤った認識を広め、それを鵜呑みにし芸能界デビューを目指す少年
たちが毒牙にかかることがあったなら、タレントたちも性加害の被害者を増やす行為に加担したことになる。喜多川の人格をテレビで
称賛しないという選択を取ることで命に危険が及ぶような深刻なリスクを生む構造があったとすれば話は異なってくる。犯罪行為に
加担した人たちや喜多川の人格を称賛したタレントらは新たな被害者を生み出す片棒を担いでおり、喜多川による性加害の事実
を知っていたならば、責任を免れることはできない。
■権力者の責任が問われない社会であってはならない
50年もの間、ジャニーズ事務所の関係者がどれだけ性加害を許してきたか、行動してきたかを検証せねばならない。権力のある者
たちの責任が問われず、立場の弱い者たちはマスコミによって徹底的に叩かれ責任を追求される。このようなアンフェアな責任の追求

作家・伊集院静氏の連載を打ち切ったのだ。「伊集院静さんは直木賞の選考委員をつとめるなど、いまの文芸の世界で一番の
大御所といっていい作家です。『大人の流儀』というエッセイシリーズも国民的ベストセラーとなっています。週刊誌や月刊誌などに

その連載が、10月12日発売の『週刊文春』で最終回を迎えた。長年続いていた連載でも終わることは珍しくはないが……
「たしかに、毎週書き続ける週刊誌の連載は内容がマンネリ化しがちなので、執筆陣を変えることはよくあります。実際、伊集院さん
もこれまでに連載の中で『もうやめたい』と何度もこぼしていましたし、最終回でも『（読者からの相談の回答を）書いていてちっとも面白
くない』、『そろそろ汐時であろう』と書いていますので、飽きていたのはたしかだと思います」
だが、今回の降板はどうやら伊集院氏から申し出て決まったわけではないというのだ。じつは、9月28日発売号の伊集院氏の連載
内容に問題があったのではないかという。伊集院氏は『週刊文春』だけでなく、講談社が発刊している『週刊現代』にも連載エッセイを
もっているのだが、『週刊文春』の連載が問題になるより前の、9月15日発売号の『週刊現代』で、ジャニーズ事務所の9月7日の
1回目の記者会見をふまえてこう言及した。
《あのジャニーズ事務所にこれほど男気があるというか、気骨のある人間がいたとは想像もしなかった。東山紀之さんのことである》
《世の中には逆境に立たされても信念を崩さない男がいるものだ》
などと新事務所の社長に就任した東山紀之のことを思いきり褒めちぎったのだ。
「伊集院さんは作詞家の一面もあり、近藤真彦の『ギンギラギンにさりげなく』や『愚か者』の作詞を担当するなど、以前からジャニーズ
事務所とつながりが深く、個人的な友人関係もあったと聞いています。そういった事情から擁護したのかもしれません」かなり露骨に
ジャニーズを擁護したため、SNS上では《山下達郎があれだけ叩かれたのに、よく書くな》、《ジャニーズ大好きおじさん》といった声が投稿
され炎上した。だが、伊集院氏のジャニーズ発言はこれだけにとどまらなかった。
「『週刊文春』の連載は読者の人生相談にのるという体裁にもかかわらず、伊集院さんは9月28日発売号（連載終了の2週前の号）で
無理やりジャニーズ問題に触れて、『あの（ジャニーズの）中に物事の判断がつかない者は一人もいない』と書いたのです」伊集院氏が
そう擁護したのと同じ号の『週刊文春』の目次には、「東山紀之ジャニーズ新社長が隠す5つの“爆弾”」という大きな見出しが躍り、
東山のパワハラ疑惑や、東山の元マネージャーの性加害疑惑を報じている。同じ号で真逆のような主張が書かれていたことになるのだ。
「たとえ伊集院さんのような大御所でも、ジャニーズを擁護する内容を掲載することは、長年ジャニーズ問題を取り上げてきた『週刊文春』
としては受け入れられなかったのではないでしょうか。本人がやめたいと言っていることもあり、13年続いた連載の打ち切りを決断したので
しょう。伊集院さんに事情を説明するために1号休載したうえで、10月12日発売号を最終回にしたのではないかと推測します」
実際のところはどうなのか、『週刊女性PRIME』は伊集院氏に事実確認などを問い合わせたが、期日までに回答はなかった。

困難さを知ってほしい」と発言されていました。
益田 ジャニーズの性被害の問題は前からメディアに無視されてきたと言われています。BBCが取り上げたときですら、相変わらず
露骨に無視されていました。僕が動画でジャニーズ問題を取り上げたのは、結構早いタイミングなんです。BBCの放送から1週間と
経たずに、最初の動画をあげました。だって、僕は臨床現場で、そういう性被害を受けた患者さんを診ているわけだし、性被害に
ついてはYouTubeで何度も取り上げてきたのに、そんな僕まで黙っていたら、統合が取れないですよね。
――性被害に遭っている方は、自分の体験を重ねてあのニュースを見ているんですね。
益田 義理の父親からレイプされたとか、つらい性被害に遭っている人はたくさんいます。その事実がずっとしこりのように残っていて、
現在もなお苦しんでいるんです。そういう人が大量にいる中で「またこの問題がメディアに無視されるのか」と思ったら、取り上げない
わけにはいかない、という気持ちがありました。やっぱり普通に考えて、きちんと報道するとか、怒るべき人が怒ったほうがいいと思い
ますね。ジャニーズという組織を庇う人があまりに多すぎる。弱者の身にならず、ほとんどの人が強者に媚びている。そういうのは良
くないし、不快ですね。
――ファン同士もいろんな意見に割れて困惑しているようです。
益田 極端なファンも行き過ぎてますね。社会をあまりに平面的に見過ぎている。エンタメはあくまでエンタメなんですから。

――精神科医がリーダー向けに講演をするという機会はあるんでしょうか。あったらすごくいいと思うんですが。
益田 少なくとも僕はやったことはないですね。まず、リーダーという立場の人たちが、あまりにもメンタルヘルスに関心がないんですね。
社会的弱者に対する無関心さがすごく目立つんです。「強い人が強い人に認められることだけに興味がある」みたいな社会になってし
まっている。それはとても不健全だし、断絶を生むし、格差が広がり続けてしまうし、いいことがないんです。お金持ちがもっとお金持ちに
なりたい、名誉ある人がもっと名誉が欲しい、と競い合うんじゃなくて、お金が十分あるならもっと貧しい人のことを考えなさいよ、というこ
となんですが……あまりにもそういう要素が弱すぎる。まあ日本だけじゃなくて、世界的にそうですけれど。
――やはり先生が直に接するのは「弱者」なんですね。
益田 医者ですから、そうなりますね。だから医者は医者としての仕事を、政治家は政治家としての仕事を全うすればいいと思うし、
職業的に相反するところはどうしてもあります。立場として、それはそれでいいんじゃないかと思いますが、誰もが弱者への理解はあって

僕の後輩の豊川誕は覚醒剤にハマってしまった。他にもクスリや大麻で逮捕されたジャニーズタレントはたくさんいます。僕の場合は
酒と博打でした。10代で六本木の主みたいに飲み歩いていて、交番のお巡りさんにも『トシちゃん飲ってる？』って挨拶されるくらい
でした。NHKのプロデューサーらと賭けマージャンをするジャニーさんの代打ちをしたこともあります。10代の子がそんなことをしてる
のに、周囲の大人は何も言わない。異常でしたよね」
今回、新たに「 週刊文春 」にジャニー喜多川氏による性被害を証言するのは板野俊雄氏（67）。1975年に3人組グループ「ジャニーズ・
ジュニア・スペシャル（JJS）」のリーダーとしてレコードデビューし、その後、ジャニーズで唯一、女性メンバーが所属した「VIP」、田原俊彦
のバックダンサーである「ジャPAニーズ」のメンバーとして活動した。その後は裏方に回り、田原やシブがき隊のチーフマネージャーを務
めるなど、ジャニーズ事務所（現SMILE-UP.）の表も裏も知り尽くした人物だ。
～郷ひろみと北公次が住む合宿所で…～
1972年、フォーリーブスの付き人募集に応募した板野氏が上京して、事務所で働き始めたのは16歳のときだった。板野氏が住み込んだ
のは当時渋谷にあったジャニー氏の自宅兼合宿所。付き人の寮は恵比寿にあったが、板野氏だけがフォーリーブスの北公次と郷ひろみ
が住む合宿所で暮らすこととなった。板野氏が寝る和室の布団にジャニー氏が入ってきたのは、住み始めて2、3日目だったという。
「身体を触ってきて、あそこに手が伸びる。パンツを脱がせると、おしぼりで綺麗に拭いて（口で）します。田舎から出てきたばかりで童貞だし、
わけわかんないですよ。でも男だから出せば気持ちいいわけです。その異様さといったら…。出し終わった後にジャニーが洗面所に行ってペッ
て吐く音が聞こえるんです。温かいおしぼりを持って戻ってきて綺麗に全部拭いてくれる。その後に今度はお尻を触り出したら、何かヌルヌル
したものを塗られて、今度は痛いわけです。地獄の日々です」板野氏が付き人になったのは、スター街道を駆け上がり始めた郷ひろみ。
猛烈な忙しさだったという。
「茶色いブレザーをおっさんみたいに着て、両手に腕時計をはめて管理するんです。取材の記者は時間をごまかして粘るので、進めてある
時計のほうを見せて逃げないと次の仕事に間に合わない。歌番組のバンドには意地悪な連中もいて、大人のマネージャーには文句を言
わないのに、俺には『こんなもんで演奏できるか』と譜面のコピーを破られたりしたこともありました。夜は郷さんの台本読みの相手をして、
夜中に衣装を洗濯する。乾燥機をかけていると室内が温かくなって、床の上で気を失ったように眠ったこともあります。そんなクタクタの毎日
でもジャニーは来るんですよ」
～ジュリーを叱ると、メリーに告げ口をされて…～
「メリーからは『少年隊は踊れるし、男闘呼組はバンド演奏ができる。シブがき隊は何ができるの？』と言われて悔しくて、必死に売り方を
考えました。メリーからは嫌味を言われましたよ。『板野プロの板野社長』と」その頃、少年隊の衣装担当として家業を手伝うようになった
のが藤島ジュリー景子氏だった。「ジュリーのことは何度も怒鳴りました。ある業者にコンサートの衣装を発注していたのに、なかなか仕上
がらない。調べるとジュリーが少年隊の衣装を『こっちを先にやって』と横入りしていた。ジュリーに電話して、『世の中には順番てものがある
んだよ、いい加減にしろ！』と怒鳴りました。
するとすぐにメリーに告げ口して、メリーが僕を怒る。あの人はジュリーのわがままを全部丸飲みでした。会見の手紙でジュリーは母親に何
も言えなかったといってたけど、そんなのウソですよ。ジュリーはその時々に売れているタレントにくっついていた。最初は本木（雅弘）に夢中
でしたが、相手にされないと、東山と付き合うようになった。メリーも東山のことは気に入ってましたから」メリー氏は、ジュリー氏と東山のため
にマンションを用意していたという。 ～「（東山に）コンドームを買いに行かされるんです」～
「六本木の芋洗坂のあたりにあったマンションを逢引き用に用意した。その時、東山の現場マネージャーから『（東山に）コンドームを買いに
行かされるんです。僕はこんなことをするために、この仕事を始めたんじゃないです』と愚痴を聞かされたこともあります」板野氏は光GENJI
を1年間担当した後、1989年にジャニーズ事務所を退社して故郷に戻った。実は、小誌は1999年のジャニー氏の性加害についてのキャン
ペーン報道時に板野氏と接触している。当時、板野氏が口を開くことはなかった。
「あんな酷い性加害を耐えて、地位を築いている後輩がいるなか、自分が喋るのは良くないと思っていました。でも僕も後輩たちもずっと洗脳
されていたんですよね。先に声を上げた後輩たちを支えるためにも、僕も話すことにしました。もちろん取材でお金をもらおうなんて、一切考え
ていません」ジャニーズ事務所に板野氏の証言について事実確認を求めると、「（板野氏の性被害について）個別の告発内容については、
コメントを控えております。性加害に遭われた方々を保護し、その人権に配慮するためでもあります。藤島ジュリーがマンションを買い与えら

事務所の前社長、前副社長の立ち振る舞いだ。

コンサルティング会社「スピーディ」の福田淳社長（58）が就任すると報じられた。新エージェント会社は、
ファンクラブで10月31日まで社名を募集中で、11月中に立ち上げられる予定だという。
