30日の午後、ソウル 恩平区（ウンピョング）の西部警察署新築工事現場で作業中だったタワークレーンが強風によって折れ、建物の上に倒れて事故収拾作業が行われている。

消防当局によれば、この日の事故で人命被害や新築工事中の建物に対する破損もない事が分かった。
