英検１級スレ is always occupied by trolls except special days when exams are held and results are delivered.
This is possibly because even those who cannot use English can join the thread.

I create this thread under the idea that if a thread which is not allowed to use Japanese is created,
the thread may not attract those trolls, and also, there are some communities for TOEFL or IELTS on Facebook,
where only English is used, so英検１級スレ also should adopt this idea.
