Chips・・・・・・王道のジャンク。美味いけど超高カロリー。
Bars・・・・・・ヌガーやガナッシュを固めた、チョコレートバー、高カロリージャンクの代表
Crackers・・・欧米ならでは？　日本だとヘルシーフードだと思うなあ。
Cereal・・・・・欧米ならでは？　日本だと完全にヘルシーフードだよ。
Gum/Candy・・・欧米っぽい。日本だと健康害するまでキャンディ食わないよ・・・
Drinks・・・・物によっては大変にヘルシーですね、アサイーとか。
Ice Cream/Cookies・・・量と質に寄ります、質が良いと太るかも。

韓国のバラエティ見てたら、ハンバーガーなんか食ってたら死ぬよ！
って普通にアイドルが言ってて、笑いました。junk foodの世界は万国共通なようです。

まあ、その位の気持ちで配慮しながら、美味しく食べましょう！
